Why Do We Exist?

How can we use our skills and experience to support those working to fight it?
Next Generation Design (NXGD) was founded at the intersection of these two truths.
We offer “pay what you can” design services to community-enhancing organizations, hiring folks early in their design career to give them opportunities that educate, empower, and embolden everyone involved.
Values Note: NXGD is especially focused on hiring junior designers who identify as being from minority & marginalized communities, paying above-average rates to help build their generational wealth.
